I messed something up w/ TBbypass!
"Soaking the Waterpump..."
I am very aware of that issue...I tried to be careful but of course some always gets on the darn thing...I have no doubt that thing could go any time, but would that explain the fans on full time and the air pump on and off? It would definetley explain the hesitation, sometimes hard start, and SES. I just need to get the codes to tell. Someone have the tool and wanna help?

roll by advance auto or autozone. they can hook up an obdII program to your computer and tell you the codes for FREE! I have got codes off my car twice, one from each place. its really free and they are accurate
Thanks guys...may have found it...
Thanks for all the great tips. I got home about 9:30 tonight, and said f-it, i'll go take a looksee..hate going to sleep with the car not working...i check the fuses, the connections, rechecked the bypass, the sensors next to it, the MAF, the vacuum lines, and it still threw a code. I said crap...why in the world would it be good sometimes, but not others? That's when i looked down pass the donkey ******* and noticed the temp sensor just hanging there! What the f? I reconnect it, noticing how easy it slide off, the femal part of the connector is stripped...ahhh, i thought, and i climb in and start her up, verooomm, nice start, no SES, no fans...perfect. Hmmm...I climb out and go back under and pull that sensor out and try to restart...cough, choke, SES light, fans, the whole deal.. Plug it back in, verooommmm.... no SES. So, knocking on some serious wood, i think i found the problem. As usual, sometimes the solutions are the simplist.. what i think was happening; it would start up fine, until i back out of the garage, hits the lip, jars the sensor loose, and bammm. That would explain why lastnight when i reconnected everything, that it must have worked itself loose, but not too loose, so that she started up fine, but when i went to leave for work, the garage lip, and driveway, worked the sensor out again. I am doing some serious praying that is it. Anybody dissagree? I'm either going to have to get a new sensor...really hate that thought of draining the coolant again...or i may rig it tomorrow with some bubble gum or something to keep the sensor where it belongs...
Thanks for all your help... i might still look at getting a code flasher..but the wife is wanting me to sell her (5.5k) and get a (according to her) "reliable" car from someplace overseas...ie. G35, TSX, A6, Passat...anybody want one nice TA that has never had any "major" problems? acr13fgz@verizon.net

Ummm yeah, if the car isn't owned by her, tell her to buy something reliable and then pay for the repairs when they come around! Luckily, my wife was begging to get another Camaro, so that made it even easier to get a Z28-F*** the cost of insurance!!
