I have OBDII?!
I'm no expert on the matter, but I would check to see how many 02 sensors you have. If you have 4, it's OBDII, if only 2, it's OBDI.
I don't know about the fan relay thing. My harness is back at school, and I think it may have had a few relays/fuses for the fans and it's OBDI.

You don't have an OBDII. The only OBDII's that came from the factory were on the automatic california emissioned lt1's, and on the optional 3.8L V6, that started in 95.

Just to clear up any confusion, here is basically how the OBDI/OBDII stuff goes. If your car is a '93-94, it will be OBDI. If it is a '96-02, it is OBDII. If it is a '95, it could be either, so you will have to check, if you don't already know. To check, just pop open the fuse/relay box on the driver's side of the engine bay. If there are two Cooling Fan relays, your car is OBDI. If there are three Cooling Fan relays, your car is OBDII.....

Above is not correct..
for starters, the fan change from 2 to 3 relay fans was made in mid 94 [referred to as 'early production(2 relays) or 'late production(3 relays) in 94 factory manual..]
95's are OBDI and have OBDII ALDL..
