i got a couple of random questions

how much gas mileage does your maro get on a full tank im getting about 180

another question when i go to first start my car in the morning and almost anytime i have to crank it many of times to get it to fire over and then it slowly gets to 1000rpms. and when i come to a stop or am sitting at a light. i hear a loud clunk sound coming from the bottom of the car as soon as i get going it goes away.

also when it does start running sometimes the heater blinkers and windshield wipers don't work if you turn the car off and just turn the key to the on position then everything works w-t-heck so if i restart the car sometimes that works and sometimes i just freeze and can't see out the window and at lights the car acts like it wont's to over heat but as soon as i take off the car just cools back down to 180 forever until the car sits still again .

last thing then i will leave it alone when driving at night the car runs great and i seem to forget all the other problems it's like the heat affects the driveabilty of the car. any help would be great 96 pontiac t/a flows and kandn 6- speed t-tops

 

I have a modded car and I use about 10$ a day on gas 1/2 tank. If I drive 60 I could get 180 on full tank. But when I drive 80+ I get about 100 or less.

 

that's the other thing i forgot to mention is all my driving is freeway and traffic 80 miles an hour to school and 45 miles an hour to work in traffic i shift about 3500 grand which i think is normal

 

any idea whats up

 

Got little over 350 miles on a tank of gas, back when I had a 2.73 rear. But that was totally all interstate miles.

Now, I burn about half a tank every week, week and a half.

 

When my gas needle points right above the last tick on E i can fill uo 15.2
gallons and this will give me about 200 to 220 mpgs on the city streets going no faster than 65 mph . I dont know about the freeway as i dont use it that often.

And my car also feels like it runs weaker during the day so hopefully this weekend with the free THROTTLE BODY MOD it might make a difference.....

Forgot to mention...last time I gave this sucka a tune up was about 2yrs ago so a tune up might give me more Gas mileage
