It isn't throwing any codes. Do I need a special scanner for this, or just any ODB I scanner?

I do have a tear in the bottom of my intake elbow, right where it connects to the TB, would this do it?

Yes that will do it.

Because your car is getting un-metered air.

To see if that is it, would it be ok to duct tape it and try it?

duct tape should do the trick. Also, you could unplug your MAF so that the car goes into mass density mode and doesn't use the maf sensor.

If the stumble clears, then you found your problem.

Un plugged o2's, didn't fix it, duct taped and unplug the MAF and it din't fix it. If it were a vacume leak, wouldn't I be able to hear it? What are some other small things to check. At ther high school; here, they just got a brand new diagnostic machine that is suppose to be the best in town. They will let me use it for free. (they also let me use their lifts for free )Would the opti show up on a scan.

i already replaced the IAC, and i'm about to do plugs/wires when i install my headers.

it's hardly noticable at all......i was just wondering if my problem was the same as yours.
Mine does that, and I have an intake manifold leak. Check the back of your intake and see if theres any oil at all..rub your hand behind it, and i bet you it will come back oily.
I still havent fixed mine yet...i need to.

What is the correct operating temp of the LT1. It seems like it waits unstill it is over 210 to start stumbling (I thought it was 190 before) My Thermostat didn't open until about 225. It was stumbling the whole time, but when it brought the temp down, it ran fine. Could it be a bad Thermostat?
