i dont know what else to do car still stutters and surges please read

i have replaced plugs wires opti fuel filter coil icm map sensor even got a new computer from bryan and car still stutters at low rpms wich seems to clear up if i play with the throttle up and down and it also surges going into overdrive it seems to do it after its warmed up also. please help i dont know what else to do.thanks randy

ialso had the same type of problem, replaced everything, and still could not find what waswrong until i did this

(chilton's auto book)
IDLE LEARN POCEDURE - AUTO TRANS
1. MAKE SURE THE IGNITION IS IN THE OFF POSITION
2. RESTORE THE PCM BATTERY FEED
3.TURN OF THE A/C CONTROLS
4.SET THE PARKING BRAKE AND BLOCK THE DRIVE WHEELS
5.STAR THE ENGINE
6.SHIFT THE TRANSMISSION INTO "D"
7.ALLOW THE ENGINE TO IDLE FOR TEN MINUES
8.TURN THE A/C CONTROLS ON
9.ALLOW THE ENGINE TO IDLE FOR TEN MINUTES
10.SHIFT THE TRANSMISSION INTO PARK
11.ALLOW THE ENGINE TO IDLE FOR TEN MINUTES
12.TURN THE A/C CONTROLS OFF
13.ALLOW THE ENGINE TO IDLE FOR TEN MINUTES
14.TURN THE ENGINE OFF FOR 30 SECONDS

MANUAL TRANSMISSION
1.MAKE SURE THE IGNITION IS IN THE OF POSITION
2.RESTORE THE PCM BATTERY FEED
3.TURN OFF THE A/C CONTROLS
4.SET THE PARKING BRAKE AND BLOCK THE DRIVE WHEELS
5.MAKE SURE THE TRANSMISSION IS IN NEUTRAL
6. START THE ENGINE
7.TUR THE A/C CONTROLS ON
8.ALLOW THE ENGINE TO IDLE FOR TEN MINUTES
9.TURN THE A/C CONTROLS OFF
10.ALLOW THE ENGINE TO IDLE FOR TEN MINUTES
11.TURN THE ENGINE OFF FOR 30 SECONDS

I know this worked for me, hopefully it works for you, it doesn't hurt to try.

Sounds like a fuel problem to me. Have you cleaned your injectors professionally on the car anytime? You also didn't mention if you checked the EGR to see if it's sticking. They will screw with idle, of idle performance you name it. Try cleaning both and see what happens and also check your fuel pressure.

i have cleaned each injector individually and my fuel pressure is fine and the egr is new but i always get the po400 code but i was told that was due to me having no cats its not stuck though.anything else.
