I did something stupid...

I just got done with cam, clutch, and suspension work. I bought a programmed PCM from PCMforless and installed it too. Then, I decided to see if it made a difference. So, I put my stock PCM back in, but forgot to disconnect the battery. I realized this when I started the car and wondered why the ABS INOP and AIR BAG lights are on. I disconnected the cattery and put the PCMForless PCM back in. Still same lights on. I checked all the fuses to see if I may have popped a couple, but of course they're fine so it's not that easy to fix. Any ideas on what I blew up before taking it to the dreaded dealer?

Check this ground connection and make sure it's tight and makes good contact.

I can't offer much help... But I give you major credit for coming out and saying, "I did something stupid." Atleast you were honest. But don't feel too, bad. Whenever we get a new toy we want to see how good it is. Thats any easy mistake to make.

I am getting the same 2 lites after my header install.
I did install a LT4 KM but the battery was out of the car.
I am going to check that ground cause I took it off before to clean around it and maybe that is my problem.
Thanks to Madwolf for pointing this out.

Also clean and check all of the connections in the little red box on the passenger side fender well. I had the same 2 lights, was told to clean all of the connections in there and see what happend. So I did and it took care of the lights. Don't worry man, we all brain fart once in awhile. You can't always be perfect.

well nobody said this yet and it will make you feel better. pulling your PCM out without disconnecting the battery wont cause the problems you are experiencing. i got the same lights after my header install and it turned out i for some reason, still unknown to me, unplugged one of those connections at the ABS junction next to the fuse box.
