Yep, they sure do. I had the stock covers on mine for a few months. I have the LT4 covers now, and I like them allot better. They quite down the valve train noise.

I ordered the gaskets and the roller rockers from Summit. Just check with the sales person and ask for the reusable gaskets. A correction on the material: I think they are neoprene. I thought I had the receipt with the part number but i must have misplaced it.

The OE gaskets are re-useable. I had mine off like 10 times.

They did with mine. Might just depend on which ones you use.

With stock cylinder head decks and block deck I didn't have problems with my 1.6:1 CC ProMag rockers hitting the top of the cover. The only person I have heard with this problem had decked heads and block and probably had different length valves and pushrods. Are there more people with this problem The biggest problem, at least with the ProMags, is the reinforcement webbing in the covers hit the trunions on the rockers. You can either cut the lip off of the supports or crush them with a vice grips where they pass by the rockers. If you need a little extra height you can also use cork, SBC, perimeter bolt valvecover gaskets. Just cut off the tabs and stuff into the stock covers.

I'm running 1.65s under the stock valve covers.

You simply have to clearance them a little by cutting them.
