When my car starts to hesitate sometimes at part throttle sometimes i can feel like a tapping on my gas pedal any ideas on what this means?? I hope when i get the wires changed that fixes it if not i'm thinkin it's either the opti or fuel pump or knowin my luck both

 

do you get a ses light? do you hear a 'backfiring' or popping sound?

 

No ses light but some times i do get a backfire but its usually after i let off b/c it has like no power while hesitating

I can not believe nobody can help me out here. I have a hesitation that is random from 2k up it is like there is a dead spot in the pedal if i push further sometimes it will clear up and just take off like a striped a** ape other times it doesnt work. When i set the cruise sometimes it works fine other times if its goin up and down hill u can feel it getting jerking and i take it off cruise and have to do this myself seems to me that the more i drive it the worse it gets still no ideas??
