I had one, worked ok. I mainly used it to program for 4.10 gears, my T-stat, bump the rev limiter, bump the speed limiter and I tried the powertuning once. MOST people will say power tuning is a waste of time, I picked up 1 tenth consistent. I bought it used and sold it for $150, and the guy I sold it to was happy. Basically, get a used one if you can, BUT, make sure that the prev. owner has returned his car to stock programming.

I improved my times at the track with the help of a hpp. Car was much more consistant and ran cooler. Everyone said that the car ran quieter with the programing installed Find a used one, save your $$$.

Dont waste your money...I had one..and at 1st I though it helped...Only reason I got it is because I wanted to changed my speedo for my 373's and my ex paid for it...all it does is give you a little more down low torque..an area where an LT1 doesnt really need any help...I took it to the track and ran back to back w/ and w/ out it and the times were exact....save your money for a nice exhaust/headers/or intake....there proven power adders. Then after you can get yourself a custom tune for the same price or cheaper and it will be much more effective.
