Question Hypertech and MSD 6A

Does it do me any good to run a 6A and the tuning on the hypertech at the same time...I didnt know if this is hurting me or not....

Won't hurt and might help. The two don't cancel each other in any way.

Yep,
totally two different things not interfering with each other in any way. You might want to disconnect the 6A while programming though. I've heard some people having problems during programming with an MSD ignition box connected to the car.

Really? I have not heard that before. I wonder why. The engine is not running at that time.
Not disputing-just curious.

No, engine is not running, but I think they said it produces electrical noise on the communication bus. It was mentioned on the lt1_edit list a couple of times.

Thanx you two....I didnt know if I was just pissing in the wind with the two... I programed it before I put the MSD on there....

Thanks for the info. I am using one just for fan temps and a few things. I have not had a problem, but will remember this as a precaution.
