can i put one on my engine, mods are listed below, or do i need an aftermarket cam? can it operate on a stock heads and cam car? and wht kind of gains should i expect with this Hydra-Rev?

 

HRK is a sort of safeguard against valve float...which most likely won't occur with a stock cam or stock rockers...it actually works along with the lifters...

 

Sorry no big "100 HP gains" like the site says...people with aftermarket cams and rockers typically don't even see it...the HRK would make most sense with a set of 1.6 SA rockers and stock lifters so they can take the correct measures against minimizing valve float

 

HydraRev is a waste on a stock cam car. To be honest, cars already come with a good valve float preventers....they're called valvesprings! As long as you have the right valvesprings and don't overrev, you shouldn't have issues with valve float.
