Hunting idle with a twist

So I just bought a 1994 camaro z28 stocker with only a catback exhaust and a K&N filter. The car is an auto with 87,000 miles. When the car warms up a bit the car starts hunting for idle. Going from 600 rpm to 1100 up and down then stops then starts again in about a minute. The only time it doesn't do it is in park. When the car does this there is a hiss that comes from the front of the engine near the throttle body but I can't tell exactly where. Almost like when you release air from your tires. The car only does it out of park. I took off the IAC and it looked brand spankin new as long with the connector. It looked like someone replaced it recently. Any ideas??

Ripped intake elbow (look on the bottom at the TB)? Vacuum leak?

check all those items and everything is good. I unplugged the TPS and the problem stopped, when I plugged it back it the problem started again. I did this 3 times with all the same outcome. Is my TPS sensor bad or is there a bigger issue?

P.S TPS housing was cracked but not too bad and only happens when the vehicle is warm.

New update. After unplugging and plugging back in the TPS the car would not shift very easily out of gear it would have to rev pretty high to get into 2 when I was easy on the throttle. I unplugged it and plugged it back in then the car was bogging down past 2000 rpm but did shift into 2nd. What the hell is going on? lol.

Went through some receipts the previous owner gave me and come to find out the tps was replaced. I did a volt test on it and got .45v with ignition ON. Would this cause the surge at idle if so can I adjust the current TPS without buying a new one.

Does anybody know if this voltage is ok compared to the .67v? The hissing has stopped(intake elbow WAS cracked). Replaced it and now it still idles up and down almost slamming me into traffic in front of me. Any suggestions would be helpful thanks.

The TPS has no control of idle, it only reads the angle of the throttle. .45v should not be an issue.

I'm looking to buy this car, what should I be looking at fixing if it ends up in my garage?

Also do you think this was independent of the bearing failure, or the cause of it, or was this just the symptoms of the bearing failure AS it was failing?
