Does your radio stay on even after the car is turned off and after the door is opened?

Also does your fans stay on after the engine is shut off?

Check the radio thing and let us know. Then we can go from there.

The radio, does turn off, and it isnt the fans. It sounds like its coming from the fuel pump, which I know is normal for a little bit, but this thing hums for like 15-20 min after i shut it off.

While the vehicle is "humming" try pulling one fuse at a time until you find the one that removes the humming.
