hows my numbers

I must admit they are lower than I expected but I will see how the track treats me
Made 450 rwhp but he is going to touch up the tune in the AM and expects to get 460 out of it
I am thinking with the slicks on and the loose converter(5200 stall) and the th400 tranny it might run better than I think
it peaked power about 6700 and pulled beyond 7200 where he let off
car is 3250 and 3450 with me in it

I am hoping that if I leave like a monster at 5000 rpm on the tranny brake
I can pull off a 10.99 do you think my hopes are too high?
I am supposed to run in the 10.90 index class but I might fall a bit short

If you made 450rwhp unlocked through a 5200 stall, slicks, and 12 bolt you will have to de-tune your car to run in the 10.90 index.

that digital7 box is awesome for de-tunning

With a th400 those numbers are vicious. I have a feeling you will be more than happy with the track results out of your car (assuming all goes smoothly).

What do you guys think the drivetrain loss would be on my setup 20-25%?

Those are great numbers for the high drivetrain loss that you have.

Who was the engine builder?

did you dyno it with slicks or street tires? also what psi were they? slicks can eat up alot of hp on a dyno. they like to wrap around the drum and create a lot of friction. sounds like a beast , i do believe you will be very happy with it. congrats

I'm going to agree with the above posts...That thing sounds like a monster...For reference I only make 375 rwhp on a Mustang dyno thru a 4L60E, 3600 vig, and a 12 bolt with 3.73s and my times/mph are in my sig...That thing should fly if everything else is right...I've been telling folks for years that dyno numbers are just numbers...Dynos are for tuning...tracks are for racing..

well you guys were right I went 10.73@127 with a crappy 60ft(1.55)
it also dynoed 20 rwhp more with the airfilter off and I can also put on this little ram air scoop I made for beside the air dam.
I had a 1.48 60 ft but messed up the 1-2 shift I think on a perfect run I can get a 10.49 with this combo)

Looks good...it is not so easy to make big numbers when you have those drivetrain parts.....I figure I will be in the 450's and then I hit the naws.
