How to weld SFC's ???

This may sound stupid but how do you weld in sub frame conectors?

I mean do you lift the car on a hoist by the jacking points ( let the suspension droop), or lift it with the wieght still on the wheels?

Or does it even make a difference?

Thanks for your help.

i watched them put some sfc on a mustang on horse power tv and they said they have to be welded just how the car sits on the grownd (level) you cant jack it up on the jack points or anything cause if the car is tweeked at all and you weld them on its gonna stay tweeked when you put the car down

I would think you could jack it up and set it on 4 rhino ramps and then weld it. Hell they are cheap to buy and very useful.
