How to take off the Fog light and add a new bulb

Just wondering how you guys take off the fog light to put a new bulb in it. I'm having trouble with it right now.

Thanks,
Johnny

thanks guys, found what you guys talked about and changed it. And to all that haven't change it. Please don't be in a hurry, you'll just end up getting mad trying to get to it.
