Whats the best performance part I can get for $450? I have a 95 Z A4 with a CAI, 80 series flowmaster, 160 thermo and stock tires.

 

a good catback, or get a cutout and use the leftover money for headers

 

Save another $50 and buy yourself the Hotcam kit.

If your happy with flowmaster then I'd say get some LT headers. While you're putting the headers on you might as well do plugs/wires, but that will probably put you over $450 a little depending what brands you go with. On the other hand if you don't like your exhaust get a Hooker catback....they're cheap and sound great.

 

Get some drag radials and SFC's. Those will cost about $450 all together and then save for some engine mods.

 

I would also go with maybe a nice set of shorty headers and then spend the extra cash on some new plugs, wires, and a stat.
