I got a set of taylor custom fit wires, and i was wondering if the have to run in the stock route or can they be used to travel over the valve covers and away from a set of headers? Passenger side esspecially, cause the factory route is from behind the power steering pump. Thanks

 

Custom fits should be long enough to let you do just about any routing you want (within reason) so yes over the valve cover should be possible.
I used a set of premade MSD superconductors and I routed them basically stock and I have no problems.
You can go through the bracket on the passenger side, I have mine routed through the bracket, I just put some convoluted tubing over the wires to protect them from rubbing.
