How radiacal are LE1 and Le2 set-ups

I am deciding which set up to go with. My car is a daily driver but I love the power. Does anybody have any facts about these 2 set ups? I have complete intake and ehxaust bolt ons and most free mods. How are these set ups in terms of gas milage, lope sound, ect... Also what are other good investment to install when doing these swaps? What components are the likeliest to GO OUT first? Any info will be appreciated

List your mods in your signature area so we can help you better. If you talk to Lloyd hell probably say that the LE1 lope/mileage/etc is similar to a smaller cam like the CC305 or Hotcam or XE224/230. The LE2 is more like the CC306 from what I understand and would be more radical than the LE1 depending on your application.

What would the expected gas mileage be on a 97 Formula with LE3 heads and an LE2 cam, with all of it's supporting mods including 4.10's, full bolt ons etc.

I have the LE3 package and it goes definitely goes lopity, lopity, lopity. Gas mileage on my car untuned...well I have to fill up every other day but I also have to drive about 40-50 miles one way to work. So maybe taking it easy I get around 200 miles per tank. And you know what I wouldnt trade it for anything

phenomic, is your foot made of lead? I get 250+ out of my tank, I thought i was getting bad mileage. Check for glue under the skinny, your problem could be it just wont let up

If you can afford it pick up a set of LT4 heads and send them to him. He can do more with those heads than Lt1's. Just a thought

Well in the cam designs there is no real consideration for gas mileage, all the cams are pretty bad in that department, but then again this is because we are looking for power not fuel economy. Both the LE1 and LE2 cams will work on a daily driver if there is some gear in the car.
