How often should you re-adjust roller rockers?

How often should you re-adjust roller rockers?
I've had my LT4 Cam Kit on for about 2 years now and it sounds like the rockers are starting to get a little louder. Is it normal for rocker to loosen up over time even with the locking nuts on them?

you shouldn't have to adjust them if they were installed right. u might want to go back and redo them anyways, making sure the poly lock is nice and sturdy
