Its been almost a year since ive even opened my valve covers, or since i did the cam and heads for that matter. I read a post about a guy who races a lot, and he said they take the valve covers off every 4-5 runs! They do seem to be making a **** load of noise compared to when i first did them! Im goin to go ahead and check them out tomorrow, but what should be a good interval for checking them?

And what is the best way to do this when the engine is back together?
