How are O2's connected?

New O2's installed last April. Just Seafoamed, first time since I had the car. Should I change the O2's? Don't notice anything wrong. How do they connect, with plug in type connectors(like MAF Sensor) or hard wired?
Thanks

like MAF sensor, just a clip, but they should be fine Seafoam is O2 safe if you use it right.

Thanks, that's what I thought. It says it won't foul O2's on the can. I've heard of some people saying they had to change them out. Like I said though, don't feel anything wrong so far. And I'm pretty sure I used it right. Found out I have one he!! of an exhaust leak!

YES! it is. You should notice a difference. Make sure you follow the instructions though.

It's around $7/can. As far as I know, neither Auto Zone or Advance carries it. I bought mine at a local Napa. The process basically consists of introducing it through the brake booster vacuum line into the intake until it almost stalls. It makes a lot of smoke and usually fouls your plugs, but gets rid of a lot of carbon buildup in higher mileage motors.

I think my plugs were cleaner afterwards. I recently pulled them and they looked almost brand new. My car had 102k miles on it when I seafoamed it.

the seafoam is o2 safe. however, i think what they are getting at is that when using seafoam you clean. this means the exhaust will be dirtier and these particles can shorten the life of the o2's. my o2's needed replaced anyways. the new o2's made more of a difference than seafoaming the engine for me.
