pretty simple
her eis what i did
pull the fuse for the fuel pump, start the car so ther eis no fuel in the lines, remove gas cap
put the car in the air, just loosen one side with a open end wrench, and the other is just snaped in. took me maybe 20 mins, taking my time
remember do not smoke a cig while doing this

They all said it pretty well. Either pull the pump fuse, or unplug it and let it the car run til it dies. That will relieve your fuel pressue.
You can also relieve it on the shraeder valve on the back of the intake manifold and bleed it off from there.
Remove gas tank cap to relieve tank pressure.
Get the rear of the car in the air, and swap the filter. One side is held with a clip, the other a nut. Fuel will spill out. Put in new filter. The filter itself is underneath where the rear passenger would sit. Good idea to spray the nuts with some rust eater, WD 40, liquid wrench etc and let it sit for a bit since the nut will likely be pretty rusted before attempting to take off old filter.
Before you start you car, plug in pump or fuse. Turn key to run, but dont start. Key off. Repeat the key on, no start, key off 5 or 6 times. That should prime the system and get your pressure back. Get under car, make sure its not leaking. If no leaks, go ahead and start it up!
