I have a cut out i am waiting to install on my 97z28 with dual cats. I was wondering whether or not it would make a huge difference. I have corsa and it is a great sounding exhaust but it is a little too quiet for my likes at regular cruising.

I heard that dual cats do significantly more muffling than single cats. So i was wondering if it would be a heck of a lot louder or not after the y pipe? I was also wondering if there is any point in putting it before one of the cats. Would it work to only have it before one of the cats?
