How much to weld SFCs?

Why not have your local High School shop class do it for a donation to shop department. That way the money goes to a good cause, plus you'd be surprised how good some kids can weld.

ps...make sure you ask for the best welder in the class

I had another local f-body club member weld on mine. He charged $15, I gave him $20. He had done quite a few SFC... but it was harder for him without a lift and airtools, which he was used to having. After doing mine he decided it should cost more. I helped him do some of the prep work, which is half the job.

Around $50 is a fair price I think, especially for a shop. I wouldn't pay more than $100.
