Im about to do some serious work to my 96 SS. Here are my plans, please tell me what you think.

Comp cam kit xe 224/230 (I plan on running stock heads).
Crane roller rockers.
BBK shorty headers,
BBK 52mm throtle body,
4.11's in the rear

I want this to be a daily driver, that can pass smog in CA
How much horsepower am i looking at??

Does anybody have any suggestions for other mods, or a better cam??

 

well i cant tell you if you can pass emissions but i would get XE 282

 

with good computer tunning you will pass emmissions. dont waste money on the throttle body yet use it on long tubes instead
