I would like to know about how much rwhp this combination of parts will get me in a A4 car. Also what stall speed would you recommend using with this combo and 3.42 gears?
My list of planned mods are
1. Lloyd Elliot ported and polished heads using stock valves
2. MAC midlenth headers
3. Hooker aerochamber exhaust
4. Crane 227 cam 479 518 on 1.6 RR 210 224
5. SLP CAI
6. Carsound high flow cat
7. PCM for less tuning
8. 160 t stat

 

You should dyno first to see what the car is doing before you do anything. But I would say 310-330 rwhp, also don't use stock springs for 1.6RR upgrade them.

 

I think similiar combos have gotten closer to 350rwhp. Don97SS comes to mind when he had the Crane 210/224 cam, SLP headers, heads, etc..

 

If it were me, I'd go with a 3200 Vig. converter. And I'm thinking if everything is up to stuff, you should have about 340 RWHP.

 

for what you're going to pay for the LE heads you may as well get the Joe O custom cam along with it. you'll see more power across the board.

 

custom cam would be ideal, but if you want an off the shelf one, i would step it up abit from that cam, espeically with lloyds heads.
