Just like the subject says, How much is my 4L60E worth? I have a new tranny coming and was wondering how much I can get out of the old tranny and converter, and the transmission is slipping pretty bad by the way.

A 4L60E is not worth a lot unless it's built. If it's been prepped for track use or has a TransGo kit installed you've got a chance of selling it, but if it's stock (and has issues like you mentioned) your best bet is putting it on e-bay.

I've got a T56 swap that I'll get around to sooner or later, once I get my engine back together and put in a couple more 60-hour weeks at my summer job. Once that's done I'll probably put the original tranny up on e-bay and try selling it as a conversion kit.
