Depends on what you have.
If would be a good idea to do this along with the cam & springs:
Lifters
Pushrods
Rocker Arms
Timing chain
Some springs also have Titainum retainers available as well.
So you could be anywhere from around $400 to $1000 depending upon what you need to buy
