I was wondering about how much hp a car would put down w/ the following mods:

lt1 crate engine rated at 400hp/400tq
11.5:1 compression ratio
cai
vortech intake elbow
pacesetter lt headers straight pipes

about how much hp/tq*estimates of course* do you think this vehicle puts down at the rw, and at the engine

My guess would be around 350 rwhp

 

well i ran it this particular car at the track and got a 12.7, on street tires, does that sound about right for that much hp?

ps: 4th gen fbod for weight purposes

12.7 on a 400 hp motor? I can hit 12.7 on my car with a torque converter. That seems kind of high, but yet again you're on street tires.

 

well on drag radials it was the 11.9 t/a in the sig i guess i could have said that
