how much hp with open long tubes?

how much hp with open long tubes?

How much horsepower u think open long tubes gained for me?,
Me and one of my buddys were dead even from a roll before my
headers how do u think i will do against him now?

If you had manifolds it should bump ya up from anywhere to 15-30 hp. If you had shorties or mids then it probably didn't add too much for the butt-dyno to notice.

I had the junk manifolds and the stock Y , i did feel a seat in the pants difference,and a noticeable acceleration increase through the entire powerband

Open headers can seriously screw up your O2 sensors and mess up your gas milage.

You need to get some kind of exhaust on there, extended back a little from the collectors, otherwise I have read about people getting oxygen sucked back into the back of the header collectors causing the O2's to make the engine run way rich.

Just what I've read.

Or, are you just talking about LT's with cutout?
