You must want it, if you feel good about it and it fits your needs heck do it!

Those police cars get good maintenance, but get a ton of idle time and pounded on random occasions.

I think the price is ok, I wonder if the block is damanged beyond being bored after the piston failure.

Anyway, keep us informed, might make a nice sleeper project.
