A lot 
Mac mid lengths have only minimal HP differences between long tubes. Just so you know....
Long tube headers will make you lose low end torque, shorty headers will give you more low end torque. The primary tubes are longer which means more horspower through the power bands. I'm not sure if that applies to mid lengths as well.
