I got about 210 on the last refill. That's combined city/highway and LOTS of wide open throttle. This is on my 93 Z with only cold air intake and catback. (Auto) Still had a gallon left in the tank.

The 95 6 speed USED to get darn close to 28-30 MPG on the highway when it was stock. (driving in 6th gear ~ 75 MPH)

I get about 220 or so driving around town. I do quite a bit of open road over weekends and I usually get around 380 or so.

97 Trans Am

B/w 220 and 270 depending on driving style and outside temp.

LT1s are very temperamental cars.

I was waiting for someone to say, "dude, you need a tuneup!" But since you asked why, it's because i live in State College and rarely go above 2k rpms in 2nd gear. Sometimes i hit 2k in third, hahah. Trips are also only about 1-2 miles max

Car does fine on the highway though, 300+

60% Highway + 40% City = 200 per tank
100% Highway = 240 per tank.

With both I probably have about 1.5 to 2 gallons left in the tank.
But for the mods that I have, I think that is pretty good. See sig for more detail on mods.

Thx,
Claude
