How many miles do stock springs last?
Okay, the car is gonna get new shocks this week. Just wondering if stock springs wear out over time. I'm going to eventually get some eibachs but not now especially with 16" wheels
Carlton,
Your springs are probly not in need of replacement. However if you were to slap an Eibach Pro Kit, or 1 Inch Lowering kit on it? You'll be very happy with the way the car looks, espicially with the salad shooters if you plan to leave those on for a while. It really makes the car stand much more agressivly.
If you go with the Eibach Pro Kit, you'll just have to be carefull when you drive because of the LT's. My friend has them on his Teal Z-28 and pulling out of my driveway he scraped the Y-Pipe. Just need to be careful. Look into it!!

Springs last a long, long time. They sag over time, when they are too low for your liking, replace them. These cars look awesome lowered, especially in the rear. Go with some good shocks if you really lower it though, JMO.
