I just bought a 94 Z28, it has A/C but it only has one cooling fan... I've been reading through the threads and notice everyone has two fans... I'm just curious if anyone knows if any 94's came with only one fan or if this might be a mod be a previous owner.

 

Look at the RPO codes on the label in the glove box. See if you see C41 but do NOT see C60. That would indicate (I think) that the car originally did not have AC.

 

The 6 cyl's also have one fan I believe..
94's Z's have 2 fans, the variation is 'early production' with 2 relays, single speed primary and secondary fans, or 3 relay, 'late production' dual two speed fans..
Never saw a Z with 1 fan...

Single fan came with AC delete option....not too many of them out there.
