How loud is your Hooker?

Hey right now I have a flowmaster american thunder catback and the sound freaking drives me nuts. Sounds really annoying at higher rpms and not to mention its restrictive as ****. So How will the hooker compare to my flowmaster in sound. Louder or Quiter? I have headers and ORP as well. I looked in the search didnt find the answer I was looking for.

I just got the 94 Z28 and it had the hooker cat back on it. But I did have a 1988 Mustang with 40 series flowmasters on it and it killed me inside the car. I love the way the Hooker sounds inside and out. I think you will like it over the Resonancemasters.

A lot quiter then a flowmaster at idle and at high rpm cruise. Though it is a bit louder when you get on it. Sounds much better overall, and eliminates that flowmaster drone.

The Hooker won't have the flowmaster "drone" but I wouldn't say that it is that much quieter. At first it will be a lot quieter, but just give it some time and it gets a good bit louder. That said, I am totally happy with my Hooker catback especially for the price, but if you have longtubes and a ORP it won't be quiet.

I think they have low shipping charges for it also.

I got mine from thunderracing only because it was on sale.
