I have a cam that I believe is rated at 560 560 lift with 1.5 rr's and I also have a set of 1.6 crane full rollers. If I put both these on the springs are toast right? or will they hold for a while? If the are going to go out pretty quick will they cause any damage? or will the engine just quit out on me, thanks

I'm running 1.6 rockers on stock springs right now, which is a stretch in and of itself. I don't go to redline often, and they've given me no problem in 20k miles or so. Took vavle covers off the other day to check things out...all looks ok w/o disasssembly.

Your mileage may vary.

For that cam even by itself you'll need springs.
