The seal for the wiring is on the wiring harness plug it is just a weatherpak connector.

Thank you guys for all your help, I've learned a good deal more about these things just through this thread thanks to your insight. What do you guys think my best bet would be in terms of modding my current setup to help ventilate it enough to help with the ozone issue?

Do what Dwayne said and grab an MSD cap/rotor. It includes a vacuum harness.
