How high can you rev a cc306?

How high can you rev a cc306?

Well I have all the mods listed below in the sig. And wanted to know how high you guys rev your cc306's to get the full potential out of them.

given you have great springs, you shouldn't have a problem revving it to 7 if you would need. as far as the powerband. it depends on the heads. i've seen gtp stage 3's mated to a cc306 on a 355 and it made peak power at 6700 and made decent power until 71 or 7200. with 2 bolt mains and arp studs, i would stick to 6500 as a good safe limit... i have a fully balanced and forged setup that still has 2 bolt mains with arp studs and it will run smooth to 7000....but my powerband stops at 6600 completely, so no need for that.

I've seen them pull hard all the way to 7,000 RPM. When I had a stock LT1 and a CC306 , I ran mine up to 6,000 before I shut it down.
