How high can u Rev LT4 valve springs?

How high can u Rev LT4 valve springs?
I have the LT4 hotcam and 1.6 rr's and I am using the LT4 valve springs of course. Ion at Madz28 recommended setting my shift points to about 6300-6400 RPM's. I have no complaints on this so far bc the car feels really good and is still pulling good when the car shifts. I didnt really think much of it at first until I got to thinking about it. Is it safe to rev the LT4 springs this high??
