How hard is it to port LT1 heads to outflow LT4 heads?

How hard is it to port LT1 heads to outflow LT4 heads?
Looks like I can't sink the money into a new set of heads, so the stock LT1 castings will have to be ported. How difficult is it to get a set of LT1 heads to flow more than a set of LT4 heads? Way more? I'll have a shop do the head work.
