How hard to install skip shift eliminator?

Arrow How hard to install skip shift eliminator?

Well my brother has an m6 and was going to get this for christmas I know it won't arrive on time but just wondering how hard it is to install?? any ideas

Just plugs right in. The hardest part is getting underneath the car and reaching up to unplug the harness from the tranny.

You can do it cheaper with a simple resistor although the aftermarket !cags units look nicer.

If this is OBD1 you may also simply unplug both the dash light and the cags solenoid at the PCM. This will throw a DTC but it will not illuminate the SES light.

The last option is the one I chose before I had the ability to reprogram

Got a jack? Got 10 min? you're good to go. Did it in ten minutes in my apartment parking lot, a couple days after I got it home from the dealer. Same with my 02 Vette.
