How hard is a cam swap?

How hard is a cam swap?
Once you remove the opti/water pump/etc, how hard is it to swap?

Any suggestion of a cam while keeping the rest stock?

The actual cam swap isn't hard, it's the springs, ported heads, etc that usually make it take a long time.
