How to gut Rt Cat on '96 without cutting pipe?

My rt cat on my 96Z clogs when it warms up making it undriveable. Just want to get the thing so that it can be driven and could care less about any "rasp" or "tinniness" issues so I decided to gut the rt cat.

There's no straight shot to the cat, so is there any way to do it WITHOUT cutting the exhaust pipe?

I suggest you buy an already gutted cat opposed to ruining your cat. I never gutted mine I just removed it so not to sure on that.

Of course, if your cat already "ruined" then it won't matter.
