Nah, I would say low 12s with a real high trap speed with no suspension and saying every thing goes well. Tune it and get a good suspension and it would break some 11s.

there was a guy who ran .4 faster in AZ then when he can to IL...
so it all depends...only one way to find out: Track baby!
