How do you remove a pin from the ICM connector plug.

Wire cut 1/2 inch from ICM plug.
What are my options to fix this? Can I buy those terminals somewhere? What about the plug? I am good with a soldering iron so if I can get a little more room to work with I can solder the wire together properly but I can't seem to get the pin to release from the plug. Anybody know how to do that?
