How do you remove ati damper?

How do you remove ati damper?
Replacin the opti right now and I'm stumped in how to remove the damper. Is it basically removed the same way as the stock hub? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is machined like the stock hub, you would do it the same way. If you happened to have a keyed crank and damper and the front of the crank is visible (like on a regular SBC), you don't have to worry about inserting anything into the crank threads to push against. Just make sure you protect the threads.
