How do you delete the ASR?

How do you delete the ASR?
I'm tired of pushing the ASR button everytime I start my car. The car is garaged during winter months and hardly driven in the rain so I don't need it. Is there an easy fix to deleting it or does it require computer editing?

SLP sells a reversing relay for the ASR so when you turn the car on the ASR is off and you hit the button if you want it on. I have it and it works. I seem to remember paying around $50 for it.
