How do RPM's heads compare to say an LE2 job?
How do RPM's heads compare to say an LE2 job?
http://www.revolutionaryperformance.com/products.htm
Under "Domestic Heads:"
SBC LT1 heads, matched set, 3 angle valve job, surfaced, new 2.0/1.56 stainless custom valves, HD springs, retainers, locks and positive seals
$850.
How do those compare to Lloyd's LE2 port job?
And just wondering... The 195cc AFR heads listed right under the LT1 heads are for just standard SBC right? Not the LT1?

I would say that they might be comparable. but rmp doesn't list everything about the heads that you should know before you buy...i.e. flow numbers, CC size. etc.
you might want to find that out before you buy...

Re: How do RPM's heads compare to say an LE2 job?
It doesn't even list porting. Basically everything it lists is to rebuild the heads unless i missed something. If you want a good set of heads go with Ai. Now that they have some new prices on stuff, i think their product and service would be almost impossible to pass up.
